Inventory Control Specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Inventory Control Specialist. An Inventory Control Specialist oversees the ordering, storing and receiving Stutsman Harley-Davidson’s products, equipment, and supplies. Their main duty is controlling the flow of supplies and equipment and tracking and analyzing inventory maintenance.

 

Responsibilities:
  • Tracking inventory maintenance in motorcycles, parts and accessories
  • Controlling flows of equipment and supplies
  • Responsible for tracking all inventory to ensure our company maintains proper inventory levels for products, equipment, and supplies as needed
  • Work with computerized inventory, shipping and receiving programs
  • Oversee loading and unloading of materials and products, freight
  • Quality checks on all orders to ensure proper items arrived, color, size, etc.
  • Planning/maintaining inventory storage space usage
Requirements and skills:
  • 1+ years of inventory management experience preferred
  • Detail-oriented
  • Strong organizational and time management skills 
  • Capable of handling a physically demanding job
    • Moving and lifting objects up to 100lbs, climbing up and down stairs
  • Positive and self-starter attitude
  • Clear and concise communicator
  • Innovative: consistently introduces new ideas and demonstrates original thinking
  • Ability to problem solve
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Service Technician

We are looking for a passionate and skilled worker to join our team as a Service Technician. A Service Technician is responsible for providing top-notch service to maintain and customize motorcycles for our riding community. Tasks will include diagnosing issues and completing maintenance efficiently and accurately, communicating with service writers, and setting up new motorcycles. Additional duties will be assigned as needed.

 

Responsibilities:
  • Provide prompt, dependable, high quality motorcycle service to both internal and external customers
  • Maintain productivity and complete repair work within the scheduled time
  • Communicate effectively with the Service Writer/Manager
  • Proper completion and filing of paperwork
  • Keep work areas clean and assist with maintaining shop cleanliness
  • Maintain technical qualification by completing any necessary training programs
Requirements and skills:
  • Previous mechanical experience preferred
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic
  • Great attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Have basic hand tools, specialty tools will be provided
  • Motorcycle license
